Note: MUTU Pro™ certification courses are not subject to the same terms and conditions as MUTU® System Programs or Products. Please go HERE if you wish to view these.

MUTU Pro™ Certification is awarded subject to you completing the training course and any written or practical assignment or test given at that time to a satisfactory standard. MUTU System Limited will do everything within their power to support you to give you the very best chance of meeting the requirements. Failure to meet the required standards to pass the course will not result in a refund.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Attendees must be certified in a relevant profession: personal trainer, fitness instructor, Pilate’s instructor, Yoga instructor, Midwife, Physical Therapist, Physio, or Doula.

If you are unsure if your certification qualifies then please email pro@mutusystem.com and we can let you know. Other certifications will be considered on an individual basis.

2. Attendees must hold current, valid liability insurance to teach their discipline or practice their profession.

Scanned PDFs of the above required documentation must be submitted to us at pro@mutusystem.com by the 30 September 2018 latest. Failure to provide documentation will result in you being unable to take part in the training course and any fee you have paid will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A lot of planning and expense has gone into organising the MUTU Pro™ 3-day certification course, and as such, we have created the following cancellation policy which will apply to everyone who purchases a place on the course in San Diego on November 12-14 2018.

Should you need to cancel your place for any reason we are happy to offer you a full refund (minus a 15% admin fee) if we receive your request 1 month (30 days or more) before the course start date. Any requests received less than 1 month (30 days or less) from the course start date will forfeit the entire fee already paid.

If you opted to pay via the payment plan, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 15% (of total payment plan cost) admin fee if your cancellation request is received up to 1 month (30 days or more) before the event. If you request to cancel within 1 month (30 days or less) of the start date of the course you will forfeit any fee already paid to us through your payment plan.
